I started writing poems many years ago as it gave me a way to express my feelings and also to capture in words the images I see on a daily basis. I try to be diverse as possible with the subjects I write about and cover everything from negative emotions to the happiness of life. I have been lucky over the years and have had over 20 poems published, I also have been recognised by The International Society of Poets and recieved two amazing awards of which I am very proud of. I often recieve a challenge to compose a poem which is great fun. Someone will give me a subject and I will then make up a poem.
