Cinderella’s Fable

You picked me up when I was down.
Treating me with a crown.
A crown that never let me drown.

Only you could place my feet on solid ground.
Endorsed with treasures all year round.

What can I say, about your love?
It takes my breath away like the glance of a dove.

You caught my heart with a flicker of light.
Filled in me day and night.

My world is at your right hand.
Driving like the force of a hard rock band.

Every note and beat.
Screams! Defeat! Defeat! Defeat!
