A reality foretold,
engraved in the stones forgotten,
buried with hope in dry earth,
with no taste of rain nor of winter.

Time imposed an age,
its flame relinquished
by the will of its heart.

Yet it hears the ripples of dripping waters,
and the lonely sound of rustling leaves.
