Late Nighttime

When he sways his hips
And parts his lips
To let out a mellow tune,

My head soon dips
And right foot slips
To be able to dance soon.

The music becomes alive
Like a heart taking a dive
And suddenly rising to the top.

They are late to arrive
For a moment that last five
But we wish would never stop.
