My Offering

I whisper in her ear. Tell her she has my soul.
If ever upon God's green earth that we may part.
To detach what was once precious and whole.
Then to comfort her sorrows. I will present her with my heart!

Take from me what you've always provided.
Take from me until I've duplicated.
For you, I live.
For you, I'd give.

I've never been optimistic.
I've never allowed notions of fate.
However. As I glance into your meaningful presence.
I now know why life was created.

I whisper in her ear. Tell her she has my vitality.
In all actuality, reality or death.
She has all of me.
Till now and all eternity...
