The Color “You”

I know of a world where all you feel and think
leaks from your pores, down your skin like ink.
It blankets your body in wondrous color,
and no color's meaning is quite like the other.

Blue is your love,
Yellow, your fear,
and when love makes you scared
you cause Green to appear.

Red is your passion
and mixed with Blue,
Purple emerges as your lust peaks through.

Your curious eyes, a shade of Pink,
Black when you're thoughtless
and White when you think.

But I prefer you
when you're Black and Blue,
because thoughtless love
is the perfect hue.
