If I make it,
I hope I can say,
I've had a good ride,
Even through the harsh times,
I hope I have stories to tell,
So good,
They'll bring a tear to your eye,
I hope I have so many jokes,
That you'll fall over,
On your ass laughing,
I hope I can say,
I've had a life full of fun,
With my friends along the way,
Sad as it may be,
To watch them drift away,
I hope I've had a life full of love,
With the family I want to make,
Maybe someday,
When I reach the age,
Of 88,
