A Baby Is Coming
Is it a boy or girl?
A new life is about to arrive into this world
Unseen for nine months
When you come it will be a beautiful sight to see
Will it be a he or a she?
A daughter or a son
Watching you grow up
Will be so much fun
Will I dress you in pink or blue?
Either way-I just want to hold you
I'm about to raise a young man or young lady
But for now you're just a baby
Don't want you to grow up too fast.
And don't want you to grow up too slow.
As your parent I love you.
Just want you to know
Will you act like me?
Will you think like me?
Will you even look like me?
What things will you inherit from me?
Raising you as a parent I will always do my best.
In my eyes-
You will always be my little prince or little princess.
Get ready world
Because a baby is coming, my baby is coming, a baby is coming!
