A Child’s Christmas Prayer

Jesus, I need a Christmas present to give to my Mom.
Dad left us this year and Mom and I are all alone.
I know Santa Claus don't bring presents to grownups.
Jesus, I need a Christmas present to give to my Mom

When Mom put up the Christmas tree she cried a lot.
She said Santa Claus may come by or he may not.
It is ok if I don't get a Christmas Present this year.
I want to give Mom a present to stop her tears.

Mom needs to know her present came from me.
Please send it early so I can to put it under the tree.
She feels like no one cares and she's pushed and shoved.
Jesus, I need this present to show mom that she is loved.

Mom always said that we can count on you.
That You loved us and that you would see us through.
Jesus, make this a happy Christmas for my mom and me.
I can't help mom much because I am only three.

Jesus, please,
I need a Christmas present to give to my Mom.
"I love you,
My name is Able.
Amen!
