A distant star

Beauty fleeting my heart deceiving this Frame of mine
My soul is bleeding love is eating me alive
Your face is like a star that shines in the night
so lovely but so far away what a sight
I wish that I could travel at the speed of light
I'd leave the Earth and this galaxy far behind
To reach out and touch that star, though it burns
Though it kills me I'm a fool for love
I'll never learn
Your smile is the sunrise to my heart
May it never set let night depart
That is what I wish but I'm in the dark
Here I am alone you're much too far
So I look at you like a distant star.
