A Double-Edged Sword
Daggers in the heart or lilies in the Spring,
Whispering lips, soon to take wing.
Taken into the air or through the ground,
Spilling their secrets soon to be found.
For joy or pain for fortune's sake,
Burning or healing in their wake.
These are the words of man living in bliss,
Until fate steps in to seal it's final kiss.
