A Little Love Over Time

I love you more and more as the year goes by,
You warm me gently like the sun,
your arms are like bands of steel to support me,
Your heartbeat is a song all its own to me,
You're scent fills my soul with joy, like flowers do,
Your kisses fill me to burst with love,
Warm as the sun,
Cool as summer rain,
Fast as the little jack rabbit,
Now that's love worth trying
Coming back for more sweet honey
So as the year goes by I love you more and more.
Like wind chimes your voice holds me in relaxation,
When you laugh my world brightens just a little more,
When you love me my body falls under your spell,
When you say those three words my heart becomes yours a little more,
But as the year goes on and on I come to love you more and more.
Warm as the sun,
Cool as summer rain,
Fast as the little jack rabbit,
Now that's love worth trying
Coming back for more sweet honey
