A Peace Not Of Armistice

harmony seems exorbitant in it's infiniteness
it is yours to take
you deserve these milliseconds we abide in together
ne'er dally in memories and dreams but awaken in my arms
what of unopened gifts? those gems on your face
reflect upon us this moment
fear not the flood for the valley is boundless
all that is nigh but a byway

oh how I love this cool when I look at you
to cup the colors of your murmur in my palm
how my assured glances are met eagerly
as I draw up water for you my well overflows
the sound of your pulse has termed this embrace equity
keen to our vessel's beckoning in this realm of the collective being
each spirit a single shade in an infinite spectrum of polarity
let us grace this pool of continuum this life, this day, this moment
