A promise

Under the beautiful sky, in the open field sat we
It was a pleasure because I was sitting next to thee
We talked about things not knowing
The memories which are worth owning

Your lips whispered and sparkled out words
I never knew they could give wings to the birds
You told me that life is a gift which has to be loved
I was still searching for words that could be heard

The twilight withdrew and shot up the moon
And went down i think very soon
But the longing talks which we had beholded
Went on and on like they were no more being holded

Soon came up the sun ,it was now time to run
But still we longed to talk and have fun
We promised to meet under the twilight again...
