shatter my heart into a million pieces
make the tears stream down my face in heartache

why did you say all those things
was it to make me love you
i loved you no matter what you did to me

can you look at me in my face with disgust
you used to have the look of love in your eyes
now it seems like pure hatred

i tried my best but the best must not be enough
you wanted me to love you but now it's hatred

can i even make you happy
or is it all misery and woe
