A SLICE OF MOON

By NAINA -

A slice of moon hung in the sky,
His exceptional beauty no one could deny.
The black ocean was full of white pearls,
The clouds were dark and thick as any maiden's curls.
The moon was playing hide and seek,
Raising those pearl's excitement at peak!
Darkness could be this beautiful, no one knew,
This beauty could be admired only by few.
As soon as pearls saw the moon,
They started singing a chorus tune.
The moon quickly hid himself being shy,
His heart beat inflated too high.
But themselves the curls did cut,
So that the beauty of moon does not remain shut.
Now the whole world could see this scene pleasing,
The glorious act of love and teasing!
