A Spring Day
Shall I compare you to a Spring day?
Thou art more handsome with an even temperament
Tough times do make or marriage stronger today
And Spring's hold on us was never to gent'
Sometimes too strong, pollen fills us the air
Dulling our senses temporarily
And every time we get through the thick air
By choice, we change our lives so verily
But the Spring should be forever there
Forever, the sweetness of Spring stands
Forever, the scent of honeysuckle in the air
Leaving behind the weight of life's demands
As long as we breathe, and have hands to hold
As long as we live, our love remains too bold
