A Twisted Valentine

Your kiss, as soft as the look in your eyes,
When our lips met, time could never compare
To what we spent together soon after.
Drunk in love, our souls became intertwined,
Although forgetful you were of my name.
Seven nights we spent. Seven nights went by,
And I thought I’d let you know, my dearest,
I’ve loved you way before this moment came.
You pushed, from your husband’s grasp, into mine,
Now long awaited desires shall be fulfilled.

Surprised, your eyes turnt towards the knife I held.
Fear not, your heart and eyes, are now my joy,
And your frayed body my secret treasure.
Sincerely, with love, your true Valentine.
