A vision of tomorrow

I had a vision of tomorrow, and the days that follow then; I saw the sorrows that I will face, and the words that I will pen.
But I also saw the good, the happiness in life; A time without pain, sorrows or strife.

I had a vision of tomorrow, and the paths that I will take; but the destination that I choose is still mine to make.
No path is set in stone, as one's history shown; and the path that leads to life, is not as widely known.

I had a vision of tomorrow, and my accomplishments achieved; but my story has not yet been written, and for that I am relieved.
For yes, one's history cannot be set in stone; because the choices that one makes is made by them alone.
