A Withering Love

White roses fall
From your breath
Your love for me
Has blossomed

I no longer
Am afraid to reveal
The veil that lies
Under my untouched
Innocent forgiving skin

But then fires
From a volcano
Erupted inside my soul
I no longer know
Who you are

Your personality has died
In a burden of graves
The unbearable has become
The inevitable heartbreak
There is no saving grace
For this heartless catastrophe

And now that
I have lost you
I do not know myself
I am crawling
In a black hole
Of crowded people
