A woman’s desire

I crave not for riches nor gold,
Not for medel won
Nor the crown worn by my opposite,
Not for his head nor blood like the world think,
but for equality to gain education.
To gain independent from this chain that bond my legs and prevent me moving
Those on my head that keeps me bent,
To break my chains of limitations that bond my hands and make my fingers numb.

An opportunity to lift my head and joyfully give that hand of love,
To put a smile on the face of love.
Not to be discriminated on the basis of my making, not on the grounds that I am femine, but justified on the basis of my humanity and my qualifications!
I seek an eleviation because I have an elevator which is my qualifications because I am able to stand and withstand, that is all I seek equality and equal participation.
