About the lines in Drug User’s face

Pain and pleasure
Welded together by a grip so strangle strong
That no tool, machine,or living other
Can pull them apart
Fused and fierce testimony to limits
Of a human body, soul, heart, life
Pain and Pleasure
No longer discernible as separate entities
Welded and worn together
Under the eyes of a God
Who must be crying
