If I desire to be cool,
I prove, in fact, that I am a tool.
But if I convince you that I am jaded,
Then maybe you will be persuaded,
In my words as innovative.
But in my desire to be imitative,
I reveal that I am in need of acceptance.
Of others I am still in dependence.
Even now I am guilty of this crime,
In my hopes that you will enjoy this rhyme.
