Adult Now

What a beautiful lady you've become inside and out, those who know you, they have no doubt.
Today is your birthday of eighteen years, I sit and I think of all the joy and even the tears.
While looking back, all I see, is what made you the lady so many want to be.
You're strong, loving, caring with a heart of gold, yet ambitious, demanding, with a will not to fold.
The world will say you're an adult now for sure, life will move quickly, but don't open every door.
I will finish this poem with a little advice, Live, Laugh, Love and always be Nice.
