Afflictive Beauty

Beautiful rose
Indulging the eyes
Unnoticed deceit
A dead man lies

Innocent souls
Tricked by lies
From a beautiful scene
But ugly inside

A weak heart grows
Fighting allies
Learns to act keenly
Before his stride

The deceitful rose shows
The man is wise
His journy proceids
Leaving afflictive beauty denied
