Africa is not as stereotyped;
Poor, inadequate, filled with slaves, or
A land of unsuccessful people.

Africans are not as stereotyped;
Dancing around fires, residing in huts, or
Wearing man-made clothes from nature.

Africans are not as stereotyped;
Communicating to others with funny sounding words and sounds,
For each country has its own individual culture, and way of life.

Where you are from influences you as a person,
We are not the same as our neighbor.

Africans are not as stereotyped;
Eaters of the wild,
Screaming and hollering as they hunt animals with bows and arrows.

But Africans are one thing,
For they know what is out there in the world,
And they can achieve anything they desire, despite their situation.
