Maybe this time I won't get sick.

Congratulations! You are having another panic attack.

You have to sit back unless you want it to counterattack.

Breathe and get near the trash in case you start to hack.

The peak comes after the slightly nauseous feeling.

The difficulty breathing and racing heartbeat follow.

Now it's going to get really hard to stay mellow.

The nausea is about to hit you at it's maximum.

You will either puke or your left ring finger will start to cramp.

When you start to intensely sweat, that means it's the end of your dread.

Congratulations! You made it through another one of your panic attacks.

You can relax.
