Air Force Airman
Waking up on your first day of PT,
Whether to compete or fail,
Looking at that clock just makes you look ill.
You start off worried,
You get off track,
Your wingman runs by you and says,
"Keep going the distance, you're stronger than that."
It's your seventh week,
You start getting doubts,
You find out it's worth it when you quit judging yourself.
You pass your first PFA,
It all goes down to the ORI,
But you'll stay strong and you will know why.
We'll look at that,
You conquered that ORI,
Now it's time to move onward,
And strive for the best at any time.
Through being a 100, 200, 300 and 400,
Nothing will be the same,
You've have reached the top and have claimed your name.
Wherever the future takes you,
You have the highest motivation as a cadet,
So never forget one thing,
What makes it hard is what makes it great.
