Air Signs

Didn't you know, little boy blue?
always so glad, heart so true
I was in the bell jar too.

When the air gets stale you open a window,
but what stops you from climbing through?
Didn't you know, little boy blue?

Stillness never comforted you.
To move is to live, we had wings once, we flew-
I was in the bell jar too.

You live life like a movie on its debut
If there are no seats I'll take standing room
Didn't you know, little boy blue?

You look at me like I know you
I've just been guessing, you gave me clues
I was in the bell jar too.

Your destiny does not control you
You are a free spirit too
Didn't you know, little boy blue?
I was in the bell jar too.
