Alzheimer’s

I can't remember your name or his,
and don't try to give me a pop quiz

Being patient with me is hard to do,
I don't talk but I can laugh with you

I'm always sick and feel so crummy,
Good thing the food in this old folks home is yummy

Being alone makes me ready-eyed,
So please stay with me by my side

Most of me is completely gone,
I'll beat this horrible disease so bring it on.
