An Eternity apart

As the light of the day crept in on the Windows bae. The still cold feeling and blank space of what's to come our way. The silent Dawn rhymes with the Silence of the night before. The distance between us seems an eternity apart, lyng so close but not reaching for the love we used to Adorn. The warmth of the sun brings life to the world. But we rise cold and torn. As birds take flight shaking off the cold of the night. Our eyes meet for a moment nothing but pain and hurt fill the air. But another glance into one another that we share leaves the sense of knowing they're still love between our hearts. It's just so rare and it won't let us part. As the Setting Sun is another day gone we close our eyes and hold on to the hope that love has won.
