An Everlasting Rose

A rose blossomed…
The delicate sweetness of a tender voice allures through
the residence of the television set
A grasp at the soul of the youth watching from the other side.
A smile beamed, its heart inflicting a connection of spirit
- fluctuating the vision
The rose who grew from grit and beauty lay rest infecting the light
Petals peeling but the memory left present in mind.
The potency of life drilled valiant grace
- its visibility dawns into the cold summer’s taste
A body cascaded – a presence not vacant
A rose remark everlasting the moment of its time
A sight upon the cherry red petal splashing past the ground
where its last beauty graced
The trail following the footing of the petaled passion
A belle of eyes, the rose of lifetime
A bloomed rose…
