An Ode to Travis Alexander

Jodi Arias took a gun and knife
with the sole intent to take a life
She planned until she thought she had it right
then crept into Travis' house that fateful night
She wanted to give him one final thrill
all the while she was there to kill
At first she said she wasn't there
then two Ninjas came up the stairs
Finally when confronted with the evidence
that's when she claimed it was self defence
Detective Flores had an abundance of fact
he knew from experience it was all an act
Juan Martinez proved the states case
Still she had that smirk upon her face
The Jury deliberated, they all did agree
it was murder in the first degree
She's never shown any remorse
which figures, it's just par for the course
She looks at us for sympathy
She'll never get any from me
Jodi wants us to believe she is demure like a belle
but I have no doubt she'll rot in hell
