An unraveling society

As I stood by the shore,
Loneliness was a companion no more.
In the waves I found my peace and calm,
Where the callous society did no harm.

The sun was set on horizon,
A place without any bars or prisons.
The waves crashed on the shore and whispered in her ear,
"Where did our exquisite humankind disappeared?"

She was now surrounded by pebbles and boulders,
Unable to move, terror crept upon her shoulders.
Stabbed by inhumanity, cruelty penetrating inside,
She was the victim, with no one by her side.

There was a sudden hush in the air,
She felt a jiff of tremor and scare.
The reality had now slapped her face,
She now knew, 'she' is no more god's grace!
