And There We Were

Among arts and pencils, heat and shadows,
wind and music, all and none;
among tongues and songs, rocks and ants,
leaves and benches, rain and sun;
among tears and laughter, fruits and poems,
love and friendship, pain and fun;
among sighs and visions, looks and salt,
walks and talks, here and gone.
