I almost died once
In that little car of mine
I crashed in to that dump-truck
Going into it head-first
Almost died that day
And couldn't be saved
How I am so thankful
If it wasn't For you
I'd be in my death grave
How god listened
When I called to him in prayer
You came to me disguised as a priest
And you sat there and we prayed
They worked all day long
Never once did they stop
For I don't think they saw you
Nor did they stop to talk
When I finally got out
I didn't care
I was just so thankful
For god had sent you here
But when I turned to say thank you
You were gone out of site
And from this day on
You will always be the Angel that stood by my side
