Anxiety

O Anxiety, how hard you can be;
You can be present for the rest of life,
Or you can be gone in one, two, and three;
Feels like a stab in the chest by a knife;

Walls flank, putting pressure all in your heart;
To feel overwhelmed and upset and sad;
Earth is ending and counting its depart;
To feel alone and can’t help but be mad;

Get anxiety attacks and terrors;
Fear and worry of traumatic events;
Your life feeling like one, big, huge error;
Trapped and stuck, regretting how your life went;

But, you can be treated by a loved friend,
Or be treated by a pill in the end.
