Anxiety for her

Everytime her eyes hit mine,
Feels like I'm standing still in time.
Lost in her gaze,
Like a fire without a blaze.
I'm scared to express how I feel,
Knowing this is to good to be real.
But she finds her way into my head,
Everytime I lay down for bed.
Lost in her beautiful trance,
Who knew my world could change with one glance.
I wish I had the words to express,
Instead I sit here in constant regret.
She entered my life like the sun enters the night,
Banishing all darkness and releasing the light.
Longing to be the one that takes her pain away,
But in the end I'm just a man who's gone astray
