Anxiety is a Dog

Hello there
Courtesies
I've loved you
and you've hurt me
You said,
Come take a walk
Let's go deeper than we talk
And suddenly
It's dark
You come home with me

Someday we'll say goodbye
The thought of you like rust
Just another friend I trust
Or A stray dog that loves
Coming home with me

Hey you
another me
I've known you
you've tried me
she said,
Come take a nap
its easy if you dont think about it
and suddenly
its dark
Im not home anymore

Someday we'll say goodbye
the thought of you will rust
i was all i could trust
until i took you home with me
come home with me

This Poems Story

We pet our emotions. Too much love and attention gets redundant and that makes us anxious.
