Army Angels

The very special Army Angels floating above us to protect
Each and every day they gather their guns choosing to serve
Even some seem too young just to be holding that gun
Putting their lives out there for family, friends, even strangers
Knowing at the end of the day they gave all they had in order to keep us safe
Every day of service is another day they count until they return
When being told it's time to be sent back home for some will never return
Some will return home, many will lose their lives, to us they're known as heroes

In our hearts they are forever more to be known as our Army Angels
