As a Child

Days as a child
When everything was easy
No one to judge you,
Leaving you to feel like you're nothing
Nowhere to fit in
Just kids being kids
Everyone with everyone
No one being said to be different
Wishing those days would come back,
Yet knowing they wouldn't
People now judging you everywhere you look
About everything you do
Leave you thinking you can't be yourself,
But soon you realize
It doesn't matter what they think
You are you,
And that will never change
