As Truths Drip in Words

Droplets fall from clouds of rain
Relieving the earth of hidden strain
At times even the trees move spritely
Letting go of what was held tightly
We watch but do not engage, sitting behind the pane

Scuttling leaves across the lane
Winds blow whispers over the grain
Ever the sun tries to break through brightly
As truths drips in words

Dusk descends ad colors drain
Voices cease as storms grow sane
Silence moves ever so slightly
Stars twinkle, clouds roll nightly
Day begins, again, all is plain
As truths drip in words
