at last

the fire in his eyes spoke,
long behold her feeble cortex shattered

the pendulum of all there is swayed beneath her feet,
those flying took a stance

pondering with keen eyes her grace; his glory,
in unison at last

with fondness the air swam,
coating their lungs

the water undulated softly,
enough to hear their song

the heavens opened vastly,
greater than the expansiveness of void

when two come together,
there is only one

abided by this law with a full heart,
ready to free themselves

craters formed in every country,
with each kiss pressed above their teeth

the world subdued under love,
at last
