The one thing about autumn leaves,
Due to the fact that they always turn fluorescent,
Is that everyone is always pleased,
At how they always look like a morning crescent.
And when the leaves start to turn,
Due to man's big industrial footprint,
They crackle under man's burn,
Due to the factories cutting down the earths' green footprint.
By now I have seen many autumns,
Some lime green turning to red-violet,
And soon many will be inspired by my poems,
And stop and admire leaves in quiet,
This is my farewell.cherish those tall leafy totems!
