Awaken

Rain drops like a ticking clock,
In the garden of father time.
Bringing me to justice.

Armed with just this, my beating heart
At the crossroad of my soul.
Slowly, slowly
Down the rabbit hole.

When my eyes blink, open.
"Awaken," my soul whispers.
Let go of the fear,
Even though danger is near.

Follow the inner light.
I am me and I am free,
Free to be me.
Take flight!

Deep inside is where the magic lies.
Open your eyes,
Awaken.
