Battle of the Butterflies

A roaring case of
butterflies
fluttering wildly in my
bowels-
frantic, as they
hatch from their
cocoons
one by one
new born,
and unknowing
of what they have
just been
conceived into.
But i grasp hold of them
by the reigns
and pull back
(steady now)
commanding them into
an
organized formation
as they prepare themselves for
battle
