Beach

Toes in the crumbly sand,
the moment was perfect like a fairytale.
Cool wind in my hair,
the sun shining its smile at me.
Flying through the air,
diving and splashing across the water.
Splashing down in the water,
scaring the noisy, dirty seagulls.
Coming back up, he shiny brown ball in my hand.
Standing there, skin shining red,
body covered in sand,
hair nasty with sea water.
On The Beach, that moment was perfect like a fairytale.
