A dove perches peacefully on my chest
Crow your head to a brother
Flex your wings and freeze your breast

as I open my shoulders free
as I swerve my eyes to bother
as I breathe burning steam

And I hope yours flutters too
That the soft feathers touch
Let their thoughts fly through

The blue sunset sky between us
The ocean emotions rush
Submerged, not through lust

But through much more than that
from a, past so, full of, wonder, since a
time our heads intertwined, alas

Two turtle doves dash and dance and delight
Our backs afloat, waves a-churn
And my face rests in your sunlight

And my heart beats when you smile.
