Beauty of Ethnicity

Roses are red
Violets are not
Here's my version of a melting pot
It includes many different cultures and clothes
From a great white pearl
To a lovely Spanish rose
From the Asians, for all the great food they have
To where you're considered free, at last
From the Indians and their Harajuku Barbies
To all the great food they serve at Arby's
To escargot-fried snails from France
To all the Jamaican dancers who dance
From the colors of the U.S.:red, white and blue
To,"Are you a U.S. citizen? I am, too!"
To the Latinos who climb the grease poles
And to everyone who eats fruit by Dole
Combine all of the souls of the melting pot
You will discover beautiful ethnicity -
Is it not?
