Beheading the Image of Regret

Have you ever dug your hole so low,
that you can't see the top anymore?
I have with my regrets weighing down on me.
Regret is an ugly beast, it will
rip out our heart's if we let it.
It's sole purpose is to wreak havoc
in our own minds with ourselves.
Don't let that monster tear you to shreds.
Live in the present and future moments instead of dwelling
on the past, things happen for a reason.
You can't change your mistakes of
the past, you can only learn from them.
So BEHEAD your regret.
It's the only way you're life is
gonna change for the better.
